My expertise as a business coach, mediator and consultant is aimed in particular at executives and people managers.
In these roles, you are often tasked with resolving conflicts in your organization. However, busy schedules, pressure to succeed and the balancing act between representing company and employee interests make it difficult - sometimes impossible - to act or intervene in acute and deadlocked disputes in an unagitated, precise and solution-oriented manner.

ABOUT ME
I have been working as a people manager in the digital economy for over ten years and am a certified business coach and mediator.
Having worked closely with managers and employees in agile and demanding organizations, I know how much conflicts irritate, slow down and cost resources. Confronting conflicts competently and dealing with them is a key skill for long-term business success that is definitely worth investing in.
Where internal skills are (still) lacking or support is needed, I am happy to contribute my expertise. After all, many disagreements within a team can be resolved effectively and sustainably with professional, external - and therefore impartial - support. For me, the greatest motivation is when teams are able to work together productively and with a sense of freedom.
After studying International Politics, Public Law and Media and Communication Science in Mannheim and Oslo, I gained work experience in start-ups and scale-ups (Trade Republic, PlusDental, Medigo), digital agencies (PEAK, R/GA), international (social) enterprises (giz, Ashoka) and VC's (Project A Ventures).
At artop - Institute at Humboldt University in Berlin, I was trained as a certified mediator in 2019/2020. In 2024, I was certified as a business coach by the Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin.
I am now a network partner of artop myself and a member of the Bundesverband Mediation e.V. - a professional association for the promotion of understanding in conflicts.

As an experienced mediator and people manager, I can help you get a conflict under control. I first get an idea of the situation in individual discussions and then work with those involved to identify the background and triggering factors. I help them to better understand the other person's perspective, to communicate their own interests and to make binding agreements with each other. In a final discussion, I summarize the key results and, if necessary, next steps for you and stakeholders.
In order to get teams back to work quickly in conflict situations, I offer the pragmatic and cost-effective Deep Dive format in appropriate cases.
Coaching and consulting
Sometimes tensions are very complex and urgent, so sparring is very effective in analyzing possible causes of internal or interpersonal conflicts at work and next steps.
In some cases, tensions have already progressed to the point where mediation between the parties is no longer likely to be successful. In these cases, I offer individual discussions for stakeholders and/or those involved in the conflict.

Wherever people come together and work together, tensions of all kinds arise - this is normal and yet often taboo. Many organizations lack the ability to deal with disagreements confidently, as people instinctively shy away from arguments and many have not learned the basics of conflict management.
