Having worked closely with managers and employees in agile and demanding organizations, I know how much conflicts irritate, slow down and cost resources. Confronting conflicts competently and dealing with them is a key skill for long-term business success that is definitely worth investing in.

 

Where internal skills are (still) lacking or support is needed, I am happy to contribute my expertise. After all, many disagreements within a team can be resolved effectively and sustainably with professional, external - and therefore impartial - support. For me, the greatest motivation is when teams are able to work together productively and with a sense of freedom.

After studying International Politics, Public Law and Media and Communication Science in Mannheim and Oslo, I gained work experience in start-ups and scale-ups (Trade Republic, PlusDental, Medigo), digital agencies (R/GA, PEAK), international (social) enterprises (giz, Ashoka) and Venture Capitalists (Project A Ventures).

At artop - Institute at Humboldt University in Berlin, I was trained as a certified mediator in 2019/2020. In 2024, I was certified as a business coach by the Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin.

​

I am now a network partner of artop myself and a member of the Bundesverband Mediation e.V. - a professional association for the promotion of understanding in conflicts.
